Reformation Expands Into Jewelry
Reformation, widely known for its timeless clothing, chic shoes, and trendy bags, has officially launched its own jewelry line. The move follows a successful collaboration with Clare Waight Keller on vintage-inspired pieces, which inspired the brand to make jewelry a permanent part of its lineup. According to Alison Melville, Chief Innovation Officer, the pieces are designed to fit seamlessly into the brand’s styling language and suit a variety of occasions.
Vintage Inspiration Meets Modern Design
The new jewelry collection draws heavily from vintage aesthetics, especially ’80s glam and Art Deco motifs, while maintaining contemporary usability. Statement pieces such as the Rosa family of necklaces, bracelets, and earrings are designed to be the centerpiece of an outfit. Other designs include sculptural button earrings, bold cuff bracelets, and carved bombe rings, offering a modern twist on classic silhouettes. Overall, the collection balances nostalgic inspiration with elevated, wearable designs for everyday styling.
Sustainability and Accessibility
True to Reformation’s ethos, all jewelry pieces are crafted with sustainability in mind, using 100% recycled metals like sterling silver, brass, and 24-karat gold plating. Stones used in the collection are “archival,” meaning leftover or unused gems that are five years or older, reflecting responsible sourcing practices. Customers can shop the collection both online and in Reformation stores, with the added option to recycle items through the brand’s RefRecycling program.
